A small girl was walking through the mall, earbuds in her ears. She was currently listening to Open by Demi Lovato. She had somehow snagged the download before her cd went out when she heard the song. The song kind of related to her life, that was why she loved it so much.

People didn't know why she was so happy to get to school. But it was to get away from her dad. She looked down at her bag, it was from a store where she bought him a watch. She was going to visit him and wanted him to smile atleast once. With a sigh, she walked into the food court, looking around at all of the varities of food. When she seen a sub stand a grin came to her lips, "Perfect for lunch," She mumbled.

Forest ordered her favorite sub. Ham with shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, mayo, and oil on honeyoat bread. She fell inlove with it when her friend forced her to try it. She looked around at all the tables. There weren't all that many unoccupied, which sucked.

"I'll just find someone to sit with then," She mumbled. She turned off her iPod and walked over to the nearest table with one person. A guy. She smiled at him and gave a small wave, "Need some company?"

Forest smiled down at the boy again. She could tell that she would like him if he was a joking kind of person. She never took hardly anything seriously, so it'd be good to have a friend that clowns around alot. She sat down across from him and unwrapped her sandwich. "I'm Forest. Nice to meet..and eat..with you," She said with a smile.

She noticed he was looking at her hair for a moment and chuckled. That was normal for her, because not all that many people had bright red hair. She hated how her normal clolr fit in with other redheads, so she dyed it. "Yes, my hair does come with a temper..watch it," She said before biting into her sandwich. She always said that to people when they stared at her hair. She was random and blunt. People at the school knew that and are used to it now.

Forest looked down at her half eaten sub for a moment, kind of zoning out, but she heard what he had asked, oddly enough. She came back to earth just as she seen a girl trip and fall near their table. She frowned down at her, feeling a little sympathy for her. She had to be at least a year or two older than herself, so she looked around. Only one or two more people were looking, so it wasn't that bad.

"I go to Bunghardt Academy, oddly enough," She mumbled the last part to herself. Her father said he would never let her go to such a horrible school, but here she was. "What school do you go to?" It would be awesome if he went to the same place, because she would have someone to talk to.

After she had asked her question, she watched the girl try to walk away and her frown deepened when she saw the girl begin to fall again. "Oh, no you don't," She mumbled, darting out of her chair and catching her just a few inches before she hit the floor again. She must have hurt her leg. Forest pulled her over to their table and sat her in a chair. "She'll come around, then I can see what she did to her leg," She said to herself, mostly.
